teddy( Male ) will not settle at night and is keeping us and our neighbours awake for most of the night , so we wondered is Bach Rescue Remedy any good as a short term solutoin ??????? if so in what dosage frequency etc !!!!

You could try a DAP diffuser, I hear they have a very good reputation. It's a bit like a plug in air freshener, only it diffuses Dog Appeasing Pheramones, and helps the dog to settle.
