Hi all please i am in need of desperate help my 20week old pup had a small sign of hair loss last week and later in the week it got bigger went to the vet who said she knew it was demodex and staffies suffer with it? she added that there was no need to take a scrape of skin as it was unnessesary because she knows what it is she prescribed advocate once every two weeks but now there is another large patch of hair missing on the other side of her head and she has started to scratch it and make it sore and bleed a little do you think it is demodex or could it be something else everywhere i take her people look at us as if they are going to catch something its upsetting for me and her as im sure no-one wants to see their dog like this
