Do you give them to your dog?  What results have you seen?  What kind do you use?

VEt was surprised recently that he had not yet suggested these for our +12 year old Lab.  He was giving them to me for our extremely sick cat, who is recovering.  Wondering if I should give her, the Lab, some of these too, as a preventative.
