my old tyme bully has developed some scabs on the right of his chin and above his mouth on his face. they are red with a yellowy tinge and there also seems to be a bit of puss.
he is also licking and nibbling at one of his paws. hes seems to have puled some hair out and agai, there. is a bit of puss. any ideas what to do?

Sounds like there is a bit of infection there, I would take him to the vets for antibiotics.  When there is irritation the dog licks and chews and the more he does the more likelihood he will cause an infection.  With regards the chin, they will rub in on whatever, floor, furniture, scratch with paw etc and same thing happens.  Its been a bad year for allergies but your vet should be able to set you straight.

ive got some fuciderm  left over from this sort of thing earlier in the year. is it worh giving this a try before going to the vets? his paw is much better but he keeps scratching at his face and knocking the scbas off the lumps.
