Iron Maiden...Run to the Hills

*Sitting in the office, trying to resist the urge to stage dive off my desk*

Ooh Manny...I used to love Motley Crue, haven't listened to them in years, though. Might just go home now and listen to Too Fast for Love...very, very loud :D
- By LJS Date 26.08.05 15:01 UTC
Oh go on do it as it will give everybody something to talk about :) . Hopefully not whilst you are being stretchered off to an ambulance :D :D

I am listening to the wind outside whilst the noise of my washing machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer are going with the sound of two snoring Labradors :)

I bet that the Labs are winning :D Mine snore for England.

Currently listening to George Thorogood whilst I bop round the kitchen - dont know if what Im listening to makes the biscuits taste different, but the dogs certainly enjoy it when I dance about and want to join in :D (furnature jumping out of the way as I speak).

- By Natalie1212 Date 26.08.05 15:11 UTC
My CD player hold five CD's, normaly I have a good mix of old and new stuff in it but at the moment 4 of them are R Kelly and the other is Roll Deep Crew, I can't get enough of one of their songs, there rest of them on the album are absolute bobbin's though  The car stereo has good ol' Will Young (such a waste ;) ), and the stereo in the bedroom has Queen (Greatest hits), another R Kelly one, Phil Collins, Girl's Allowed (my little boy's fav.!!!) and Will Smiths new-ish one :D
- By ChristineW Date 26.08.05 15:13 UTC
Usually Radio 2 as well!

Really like the Supergrass single thats out at the moment and the Oasis one isn't bad too.
- By Daisy [gb] Date 26.08.05 15:19 UTC

- By LJS Date 26.08.05 15:47 UTC

Got Best of Wham! on!!!!!!

Edit:  So far it is doing well at drowning out the Damm Crazy Frog CD that Dad got for his birthday.
- By thomas-the-spot [gb] Date 26.08.05 16:21 UTC
I used to love George Micheal until I found out he was Gay.

I do sympathise with the crazy frog perhaps your dad is having a mid life crisis. ;)
- By LJS Date 26.08.05 16:25 UTC

Why did it put you off him ? :)

I suppose he was trying to portray himself as something he wasn't ? :)

Anything is better than the crazy frog, preferably a liquidizer  :D

I think he's more attractive since he came out. I loved him in that video where he was dressed as a police officer, dancing under the shower - phwoooar!!
- By thomas-the-spot [gb] Date 28.08.05 18:26 UTC
He doesnt do anything for me now but at the time men with blonde highlights were the flavour of the moment!  ;)   Strange how I managed to end up with a folicaly challenged man.
- By ice_queen Date 26.08.05 16:28 UTC
I love most of George Micheals music.  Won't go against anyone just because they are gay.  Infact have much more respect for them as I couldn't start to imagine what they go though!

Dad is going though a mid life crises I'm sure.  It doesn't help with my brother edging him on!!!!!!  He even gave him a copy ready for the car!!!!

I just go back to "shoot the crazy frog" game or listen to my version of sane frog!!!! :D
- By Jeangenie [gb] Date 26.08.05 16:38 UTC

> used to love George Micheal until I found out he was Gay.

He just hasn't met the right woman ... ! ;) :D :D
- By Natalie1212 Date 26.08.05 16:26 UTC
LOL my siser used to have a convertable and we would drive to the tanning shop on Thursday nights ( it was a while ago!!!) in her car with Wham blasting out!!! Everyone probably thought we were mad! It was before "the 80's" came back into fashion!!! :D

#I'm your man.... # I am going to be singing that for the rest of the day now. :P

*sneaks out and put's it in the stereo!* :D
- By ice_queen Date 26.08.05 16:30 UTC
LOl natalie.  My Mum has a ford probe and thoughtout the summer she has had George Micheal CD in there blasting out...Don't think it will have the same effect in my bottom of the range, 11 year old astra.... LOL
- By Natalie1212 Date 26.08.05 16:37 UTC
Pst Rox, I have been meaning to ask you, how did your exams go? :D
- By ice_queen Date 26.08.05 16:51 UTC
psst always a reason why I don't go shouting things.....No they weren't tooo bad.

E, D and two C's!!!!!!!!!  (E = good, C's = Great, D = we don't talk about it....lets just say coursework in that subject was near perfect and kept the grade up!)
- By Natalie1212 Date 26.08.05 16:55 UTC
Well done!!! :D :D :D

Sorry, you know you could have PM-ed me if you wanted. :)
- By ice_queen Date 26.08.05 16:59 UTC
Naaa other people can see.  I'm not asshamed......

I'm more asshamed of people walking past hearing Crazy frog...Bro now decided to play his copy....ARGH!!!!! It only in next room...Must change CD to something loud...........But what!?!?!
- By Natalie1212 Date 26.08.05 17:13 UTC
LOL Guns N Roses are good, or Aerosmith, or Bon Jovi!! Queen is good loud as well, but the best has to be R Kelly, LOL I am not completely obsessed with him or anything ;) Honestly!!!! :D :D
- By ice_queen Date 26.08.05 17:17 UTC
Hmmm didn't think or R.Kelly!!!  I put Greenday on.  Bro likes greenday so turned his crazyfrog off!!!!  He knows that my Stero is more powerful then his in loudness! :)
- By Natalie1212 Date 26.08.05 17:20 UTC
Oh I like Greenday, but I saw a 'collection' of their songs on MTV a while back, and it really put me off them so I never bought their album!
- By thomas-the-spot [gb] Date 26.08.05 16:32 UTC
I can remember listening to wham coming home from a disco in the 80's around 2 am.  I feel really old now.

Lucy I dont mean I was put off about the fact he was gay but I always secreted imagined myself as Mrs George Micheal.  Some of my best friends are gay. ;)
- By Natalie1212 Date 26.08.05 16:36 UTC

>I always secreted imagined myself as Mrs George Micheal.

LOL Didn't we all? Must admit though, when you look back and see just how short those shorts are, it's a wonder he got anywhere!!! :D :D :D

Must be my tastes changing but I much prefered him in 'Jesus to a Child' days than Wham!!!
- By thomas-the-spot [gb] Date 26.08.05 16:44 UTC
My tastes have totally changed I am now into Hugh Grant.

Perhaps JG is right he just hadnt met me I am sure he would have been converted although my hubby has said he has considered being gay as he thinks his life would be a lot more peaceful.  Cant think what he means. ;)
- By Natalie1212 Date 26.08.05 16:47 UTC
Mmmm he is GORGEOUS!!! He used to really make my skin crawl, but now... well a little weakness at the knees never hurt anyone!!! ;) :P Shush don't tell my hubbie!!! :D :D :D
- By cutewolf [gb] Date 26.08.05 19:42 UTC

I'm listening to G4's new album. It's really, really good. And Jonathan is so cute too. :p Also got one of my top fave songs in the stereo but it's not playing at the mo, that's Affirmation by Savage Garden. The words of that song are just so, so, right!
- By Carla Date 27.08.05 20:24 UTC
I love Savage Garden :)
- By Carla Date 27.08.05 20:24 UTC
