i was just looking through a friends breed Records Supplement, and noticed that the affix Kenmillfore is present alot and throughout different breeds. My friend thinks it may be to do with the kennel club. Could anyone help answer this question?

Hi,

As you suspect, this is the Kennel Club's administrative affix, used to differentiate names where the breeder doesn't have their own affix.

Ken (Kennel Club) mill (Millenium) fore (4) is the affix for 2004.

Oh, and just to add, prior to the 'mill' series there was an alphabetical series in use - therefore, if you see Kenex, Kentee, etc. in use, they are also the same concept.
