if you are on benifits and breed a litter do you have to declare it to the social

Having seen the costs involved in breeding a litter properly - given by other people on here - I doubt whether anyone on benefits could afford to breed a litter :( Especially if things went wrong and no (or few) puppies resulted to mitigate the expenses :(

you must get a lot of benifits to be able to look after a litter well , i have never bred but from what ive read on here it cost a lot

Yes as it's still classed as income by the I~R..

on benefits or not, anyone making a profit needs to declare that profit, whether its to the tax man or the dwp.

tax fraud, benefit fraud, its all fraud!
