I have beeen looking on the m&s insurance website and noticed you can choose to have no excess what my concern is if you choose to have no excess and you claim for an eye condition etc or an operation does the monthly payments go up and if so is it alot

I have made a claim for investigating weight loss but we are talking almost £600 (lab fees and referral vet). I got the renewal through a few weeks ago and it was about 50p cheaper. TBH, although I have the no excess policy for all 3 of my dogs, I'm not going to claim for minor things as I work in a vets so can get things at cost price, free consults etc so don't want to push my luck ;-)
