I have tried to enrol but my computer will not let me login something to do with needing cookies or firewall. 
My problem is I have just got a 9 month scottie lovely at home wants to please, does tend to bark but I think he maybe just finding his voice and he is in a different home, I have only had him two days,  BUT the problem is when I put him on the lead and take him for a walk he barks at evetything he sees or hears and if possible barks even more when he sees another dog.  Someone please please help me.  Joany
