Now, whatever anybody says about results services etc, let me tell you all this.  I drove to Kathy Gorman's house on the way home from URC.  I handed her a marked catalogue at 7.00 pm.  At 8.00 pm she called me on my mobile to tell me that she had done them and they were live on the web.

I call that spectacular service and am very, very impressed.

For all those (and there are some) who think that shows spring up like a mushroom and finish as soon as BIS is awarded - please be very very aware that a heck of a lot goes on both before and after a show and it is thanks to people like Kathy and her team that these events even get started.
