What happens when the £1000 runs out - approximately 4 weeks after they've got their puppy on prescription!
Lets hope they are given rescues if anything....I can see this being a whole lotta trouble!
Do they not know of PAT? They should contact this first before doing something like this!!
I actually don't think that PAT advertise themselves well at all, or help in finding placements. I know that I had difficulties finding somewhere. At times I wondered what I was paying for as I did all the work to find a suitable placement.
Though after saying this it is definitely well worth it and have thought of registering one of my other dogs for it as Dilita died last year.
Maybe it's improved now though, I really don't know.
That is terrible, are they planning to move these 'prescription pet's' from here there and everywhere, or will the pet stay with the patient after? What if the patient doesn't want a pet (some people don't you know ;) ) This can surely only be proved to help a minority group?
