I am trying to trace Border Terrier breeders by the name of Tom and Maureen Smith of Manchester. Does anyone know of these breeders? I am about to buy a puppy and the bitches came from the Smiths. I am anxious to trace the credibility of the breeder and kennel. I am in Canada and was told that the females owned by this breeder cames from Tom and Maureen Smith. Thankyou, Veronica, BC.
