I wonder if anyone can offer advice
I have a 5 month spaniel who has taken to eating fur...he was sick wednesday with a 2 inch long sausage of fur ball and today he had expelled similar from the other end.
Trouble is he is off his food when full of fur, i have never seen him eating fur and am not sure if he is just pulling it out of the other dogs.

Any suggestions for stopping him, and or suggestions of something to give him to aid the passage of the fur balls!

Could always buy the hairball remedy stuff that they sell for cats :)

My Cav hacks a bit occasionally, probably due to licking himself so much, but sorry, no major problems!

My boy hacked up a truly disgusting lump of fur one night recently. It was the only time he's ever done in in the year we've had him and he was perfectly fine afterwards.
