hi my pups are 5weeks 2 days old ive build a good safe water proof pen they have been going outside for about 3 hours aday for the last week when would they be ok to stay out over night.

Possibly in a week, if they have a weatherproof kennel within this pen, and their mother is out with them. They're much too young to be outdoors without an adult overnight.

Arn't you worried about having them stolen? Make sure they are safe!!
Make sure there Mom is always around.

no 1 can come near my garden with out my to dogs going crazy so no1 could steel them.

Just re. the stealing them George - what if someone threw them a few RMBs?  That would certainly keep most dogs occupied and any noise down.  I know you will know your own dogs, premises and neighbourhood best but in this day and age I think it bodes well to prepare for any eventualities and if it's common knowledge you have a litter of what is a very desirable breed I don't think you can be too cautious.....
