LOL how could anyone wear these? Would you???

BTW does anyone have any experience of where to get wide calf fitting boots from? I have found a few shops, but I am wondering if they actually live up to what they say? I don't want to spend over £100 for boots that I still can't do up!!!

LOL forgot to do the link :P

Oh the link only takes you to the home page, check out the 'platforms 2' link on the left hand side, and scroll down to the bottom!

Mmm - couldn't see me being able to drive/park car at far end of station carpark, leg it the whole length of the carpark, into station & rush over the bridge to the London platform in any of those   !

Natalie,

Google Duo of Bath for boots - they really do very wide fittings (measure yourself and order your precise measurements) and are very nice boots.  Yes, mine cost £105, but they fulfilled my lifelong urge for a pair of knee-length boots, which I'd never been able to find to fit.  I lived in them last winter and they look as good as new.

That was one of the places I found, and www.plusinboots.co.uk, was another, but it's like I said, I didn't want to pay that much money, with out having a recomendation of fit and customer service, but from what you have said, they sound OK, so I will just stick with them!

Still LOL-ing, at the thought of Margot running through the train station with 16" heels under her! :D

Evans do wide legged boots.
I have size 10 feet and its one of the only places I can get womens shoes from, but cant wear alot of their boots as I have slender legs and they are made for wider legs. They do do 'normal' sizes as well i hasten to add lol

i'm glad i'm not the only one with big feet! I'm a size 10 too, but i can sometimes manage a 9 at Evans. I've never tried their knee highs though. I had to buy an 11 trainer the other week :o

I spend too much time in dog clothes, so theres no point in nice shoes, although i still insist on buying as many pairs as possible in the sale, even though i know full well i'll never wear them (the fucshia pink strappy's were so not a good idea last year...but they were £7.50-it was rude not to buy them!!) And besides, they'd get covered in dog snoff....mud......more snoff.....water which has managed to not be swallowed, only carried round in dogs mouth, waiting for the appropriate place to then dispense-normally on my feet :D !
