How much approximately does it cost to have eyes tested? And what is involved?

Prices vary depending on area of the country    If you can find a breed club or health seminar locally to you that has set up an eye testing clinic for the day it will probably be a bit cheaper but prices I've heard of to date are anything between £30 and £45 (not subsidised by group bookings etc.)

Take your dog's KC paperwork with you for the test which only involves eye drops being put in and then an opthalmic specialist (not just a regular GP vet) will look carefully at each eye.  On completion you will be given a sheet detailing his/her findings and your dog's registration papers will be stamped concurrent with those.

Regards, Teri  :)
