Mine is digging in the dog beds etc and it is two weeks since the pups were born.  This is likely to be a combination of reaction to discomfort of the womb contracting sown,a dn also insticnct to dig nests and dens for the pups.  Is the wehlping box somewhere private and secluded.  I suggest drapeing a sheet over the area to form a den.

my husband has took her to the vet hospital as she was too restless and i had a strange feeling so i felt her breast and the 2 back ones were very hot and hard and lumpy so im a bit concerned hopefully its nothing but best to be on the safe side i think

Put pups on the hard ones to get the milk out of them.  Check them morning and night and make sure the pups feed from different ones.

Hold hot flannels on the hard breasts to soften them, and express some of the milk. When that's flowing (no blockage) put pups on to drain some of the milk off. This way you can hopefully avoid mastitis.
