Do dogs tummies rumble? That sounds a stupid question but one of my little dogs has had a noisy tummy on and off for a week now. Her food intake was reduced slightly a good few weeks ago as she was slightly overweight - but not by enough to make her starve! She is an almost 2 year old toy poodle now weighing 3.9 kg.

She is healthy in every other way - but her tummy is basically rumbling. Could it be that or should I be worried about something else?

Yep, Poppy's does, and even then she'd rather sleep than eat sometimes.
