i have a big 9 month old dogue de bordeaux and the vet has told me it has elbow hygroma . the vet said there isnt much we can do except drain the fluid from the lump on his front elbow. he said there is a chance of it going by putting soft mats where he usually lies down, the only problem is my dog lives out side so he seems to lie where ever he wants. if any one knows more infomation about elbow hygroma on dogs please inform me

Hi, i haven't heard of it myself, but can't you restrict his area for now and train him to lie down on his bed.
