Hi All,I was out walking my bitch and on other side of street a man was walking his Weimeraner on an extended lead ,any time I have saw this dog the owners have not had control of him and he always pulls towards other dogs just as he did today.The way the man reacted shocked me,he pulled dog violently and then started kicking him.I shouted at him to stop kicking dog and if he couldn`t handle him properly to give him to someone who could.The man was aggresive but I didn`t back down the poor dog took 3 really hard kicks to his rear  before I got that idiot to stop.I don`t know where he stays but I will try to find out.I dread to think what kind of life this dog is having .Why do people like this have dogs.I am already fussy about who my pups go to I`LL be even more fussy .If I had room I would keep whole litter.
