What useless load of old tosh do you lot have?!

Im not really a handbag kind of girl, I prefer to stuff what I need in my pockets :rolleyes:

I do however use a bag (I dont like the word handbag, reminds me of white stilletos and the name Sharon ;)  )  for work - infact I chop and change between a couple so junk rarely stays in there for long - anyway, ive just emptied mine on my desk to have a butchers and in there is :

- Purse
- Car keys
- mobile phone
- small diary with various bits of "important" paper stuck in it
- a couple of letters from the bank which need dealing with urgently (which have been in there since yesterday :rolleyes:
- cheque book
- about 5 receipts
- one tampax
- a tiny hair brush
- weightwatchers calculator / database thingy
- a braclet (I wondered where that had gone :)  )

So there you go, nothing exciting but all stuff I cant do without :)

I don't have a handbag. I carry my switch card in my pocket and thats it :D There's usually a bit of straw or bailer twine on it when I pull it out at M&S though :D

a set of house keys consisting of shed key
                                              kennel key
                                              key to goat pen
                                              key for mums car
                                              front door key
                                              front door and porch door keys for work
                                              back door and conservatory keys for work
                                              a key that i dont know what it does :D
                                              and my guide dogs key rings
                                              oh and the tag from the first ever dog i trained from
                                              previous workplace :D
a set of keys for work consiting of check chain (so i dont lose them)
                                                several dog tags
                                                key for yard
                                                key for feed room
                                                key for tack shed
                                                key for store (that is currently onthe crate that has
                                                lucky the yard cat and her kittens in to stop people
                                                messing about with kittens)
                                                and 8 keys for the kennels

good knows how i get all that stuff in my pockets but i manage it :D

Crikey gundogsrbest, you must sound like a jailor with all those keys!!

it does sound like it at times, but once ive unlocked everything i only carry the main key for the yard so its not as bad :)

When I go out, I always have my:

purse,
phone,
keys,
ciggys :O ,
lighter.

These are always stuffed into pockets or I just hold them all!! It is my son's fault, I used to stuff all of my stuff in his changing bag, but now he is out of nappies (thank goodness!) we don't take a changing bag, and I have never gotten back to using a bag. But I did buy a lovely "Gucci" bag on holiday, not that I have ever used it :rolleyes: :D

My purse however is a different story! There are pictures of my hubbie and son, various reciepts, winning scratch cards, old lottery tickets that have never been checked(!!), care sheets for both of my tattoo's, all of the cards that have ever came with all the flowers my hubbie has sent me, too many credit cards, my provisional driving licence, switch card, Next card, Debenhams card, Dorothy Perkins card, Matalan card, National Insurance card, Game card, Taxi cards, Hairdressers apointment cards, the reciept for my engagment ring (??? LOL), my Internet Banking card, a card to say I have a stupid blood type, a christening invitation, some vouchers for Tesco's, and £24.32 :D I think that is about it!!!

Have never owned a handbag (to the horror of all my friends and my mum)

I just carry wallet, keys and phone (sadly my wallet has a picture of my dog on it lol I need a life)

Don't have a handbag BUT when I'm in my car I have everything I need :D
-phone...no credit on it but still nice to carry it about!!
-change for parking/tunnel
-bottle of juice for me
-huge bottle of water for the Hungarians plus bowls
-too many blankets/fleeces/towels to count
-pair of wellies and usually another pair of shoes, usually trainers...and socks!!
-folding chair
-stake to tie said hungarians to!
-purse, umberella, receipts, painkillers, and loads of other cr** in the glovebox!!

Think thats all....oh and the rubbish in the side pockets but lets not talk about that!!!!!

Rarely use a handbag - they jsut get in the way with the dogs :D

Pockets always have, house keys, car keys, tissues, dump bags, training treats, clicker, spare slip lead, some change and a credit card. And when I remember my mobile phone.

Never had a handbag and never will. Too girly, too granny'y, too sad. :p :D ;-)

LOL at your image of me examining complete strangers.  I may start that!  The truth is much more boring - I'm a vet nurse and the penlight was a freebie from a drug rep, I just haven't got around to taking it out my bag.  Although now I think about it it could come in useful when I come home slightly, er, tired and emotional (ok then, plastered) and need help locating the keyhole!
