Hi
My 6months old JRX bitch, which I ve had for only four weeks, is settling in really well.  But when she sees another dog she starts to whines and pull towards the dog.  I reassure her by saying good girl and eventually she ingnores the dog.  But if I stop to take to the owner she whines, whippers loudly and pulls, its as if she doesnt want to stay, but when the dog moves on she wants to go with them.
Is she just a bit insecure?  I try not to be apprehensive but when other dogs approach her off their leads I am worried they will be agressive?  Shes not be off the lead with me when I walk her, she very strong willed and doesnt always come back to me when we play recall in our back garden.
Shes only be spayed a week but I will be taking her to puppy classes to socialise her more.
She such a sweet little girl and I fill for her when ever shes whines- please help.
