I would definately visit the vet to rule out infection or a bug as constant runs can cause dehydration and he will be able to give something to dry it up and Pups can go downhill fast if they are poorly. When you fed dry did the poo toughen up? If so I would continue to feed this long term. Dont give any treats as these can be rich and can cause an upset tummy if the puppy is susceptable to this. Dont give milk as this can exagerate the problem. Pedigree can be very rich but I wouldnt necissarily change this if this is what the breeder reccommended. Finally, you may be overfeeding. You dont say the weight and breed of your dog but I have always fed a third less than he can states (recomended by the vets) as brands are obviously trying to sell more food so they do sometimes recommend you feed a little more. If the pup seems genuinely hungry you can always add a little more but when they have already eaten it you cant take it back. It can be tempting to overfeed as we are often just so pleased to see a healthy appetite.
If you feel that hes ok in himself and is drinking well, then try the tips above for a day or 2 and if theres no improvement you must visit then vet.
Good Luck
