Does anyone have a stud or know of a stud local to Dorset area?
I have tried contacting a couple of people, but have had no response.

No doubt you looked at a lot of stud dogs before you settled on the one that must have just fallen through for some reason, maybe re-looking at one of those may prove to be suitable for your bitch?

Bitches do not *need* to be mated.  Creating puppies is not (should not be) just a case of putting the nearest, most convenient dog to your bitch (unless you are just in it for the money of course and even then that can frequently go wrong if your bitch gets ill, looses the pups or needs a ceasarian)

Please think carefully about why you want to risk your bitch having puppies, what she can give to the breed and who would really be the best dog to suit her.
