Topic Dog Boards / Behaviour / Tess has started to pull on her lead

Hi there here is my tess if the pic has worked & shes a perfect border terrier & little angel aged just 6 mths. Shes a exciteable devil though, is conviced she loves everybody and everything and has just got her bronze with the good citizens but as she has advanced a class she has suddenly started to act naughty by pulling on the lead to the point where at points she goes on 2 legs hopping which is most embarrassing in the middle of a show  and just trying to get at the other dogs  . The little devil is driving me crazy as up until that point she was walking perfect. What do you think i should do to stop it? I'd love to hear from anyone else who has one of these little border terrier devils too.

Hi
practice with her in the garden or out for short walks and when she pulls do a left circle and then walk straight and if she pulls again do a right circle and then walk straight.
sometimes you have to go back to basics in your heelwork .

shes getting into the naughty stage but I think I was told that terriers reach adulthood at 12m and miss out the teenager bit I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong!!!!
