Does anybody know a nice boarding kennel in Southampton? It needs to be a home as well. This is my first time I'm leaving my Westie on his own so I'm worried! He only get on with other dogs that are bigger than him or a Westie.

Hi I live nearby in Chandlers Ford.
I've not used any local kennels and when I went abroad last year my
4 hounds went to a kennels on the Isle of Wight (where I used to live).
People in this area seem to use Chilworth kennels -

Another I've been recommended is Applemore Kennels & Cattery.
I have visited Kingsworthy kennels myself near Winchester as a vet
lives on site.
Why not visit some advertised in the yellow pages and see what
your happy with.
