Your best bet for finding reputable breeders or for checking out those advertising is to contact the breed clubs.

Go to the kennel club website click breed standards, Pastoral group then the breed.  Print off and read the standard, and at the bottom you will find a list of breed clubs.  Ensure the parents are Hip scored, and check with the clubs waht other health tests are advised for the breed before breeding.
