After the storm earlier, the alarm started ringing in the local community building just up the road.  It is loud, piercing and will go on all night meaning I can't have my window open and it's hot!

I've tried phoning but it goes straight through to answerphone.  What can I do?  Is it something I can phone the police about?

I know this is too late....but for next time......in our area we phone the Environmental Health - they are on call 24/7 and will come out asap. :)

I know building alarms are supposed to turn themselves off after 15 minutes. If they don't then call Environmental Health. The police should have key holder details for all alarams (but this isnt always the case)
