How do you get to hear of companion shows - and how does this lead into other shows.
Ringcraft - what is this and how do you find the classes locally.

A companion dog shows a fun dog show, you can enter any pedigree crossbreed or mutt aslong as they are over 6months.
Ringcraft teaches you how to show your dog and gets the dog used to standing being looked over etc.
What area are you in register and let us know and someone will probably know of a ringcraft locally to you.

Contact the Kennel club and they can send you a lsit of classes in your area.  You do not need to attend Comapnion shows, but they are a relxed way of getting the hang of competition and the proceeds go to charity.
