Hi,

My bitch is potentially on day 40 - no clear outward signs of definite pregnancy, although some subtle ones.  She has not been palpated or scanned so clearly I am unsure if she is or isn't.  However, as I was intending treating with febendazole from day 40 onwards to limit nematode transmission, I'd like some advice as to whether I should or shouldn't treat.  My gut instinct is to treat anyway, in case she is pregnant, but i'd like to hear what others think, especially if you have been in a similar situation; she is a medium sized working breed and incredibly hard fit and muscled with a big barrel so i understand outward signs might not show until later.
