i have a shar pei and she is really loveing but even to all strangers what age usually are dog better when taking thwm off there lead and would it be better for my dog to have enother dog to walk with

Many people say let your pup off the lead in a safe place on the very first walk. When they're tiny they want to stick close to familiarity - you! When they're older and bolder they're more likely to go off exploring on their own ...

i am thinking of getting another pup for her will it be better for her

I wouldn't recommend getting another puppy until you have her trained to a level that's satisfactory for you, because she'll be a lot slower at learning when you have another puppy. Also wait till you've completely cured her demodex - not that a new pup could catch it, but the stress on her of the presence of a new puppy could cause another flare-up.
