Oohh I smell a rat, I suspect you've been had. This is a common tale, and it usually means you've been told a lie and that there are no papers in existence. Unless you can get hold of the person you got the dog from there's little hope you will ever have papers. Sorry.

In any case, papers are normally provided with the puppy in with the price, you don't buy them seperately.
