minitures in any breed are usually the result of bad breeding please try and find a reputable breeder with normal sized healthy puppies :)

People breeding teacups and having dogs available all of the time are ones that you should avoid.  Chi's are small enough between 3 and 7 lbs without wanting any smaller.
