Hi,
Two years ago I brought a dog from a very well known Samoyed breeder, for my daughter.
The dog had been returned, it was 16months old and in a terrible condition,
very thin and not a happy bunny in any respect. I paid half the puppy selling price.
Not! rescue price. As my daughter at that time didn't won't a small puppy.
We were given the pedigree and the dog was K.C,Reg.
Well, it has taken a lot of time and money but, now the dog looks more like It should.
As I go to Dog show's, she thought she might try him in an open show to see
how he would do. But! we then realised that the breeder had not put the dog in her name.
So on E-mailing him, I asked if this could be done or could he just send a letter saying
he was the previous owner ect: I had a phone call to say, the papers had been destroyed!!
So that could not be done egh!!! My daughter has an Ins. on the dog added to the household
policy. The Ins. company say it could be a problem, if a claim was made if owner
ship of the dog could not be proven, The breeder said that is ridiculous of course
you could claim. I'm not happy with the breeder, as now, I am wondering what
is he hiding. Any ideas, what if anythink We could do.
Regards
Denese
