Hi to all who know and have helped me in the past re. Safi.
Just to let you know how things are going.
I had her allergy tested 3 weeks ago (sick of trying to sort it myself)  and have just got the results back. They show that she is just about allergic to most things :(  but on a small rating. Things that she didn't show a response to were chicken, pork and oats and that was it. So it seems that when I was feeding barf, all the different meats wouldn't have been helping. Not that I have anything at all against barf, don't jump down my throat Barfer's :D
I still give my other one raw meat. I must say though, I am pleased she isn't allergic to chicken, as I can now start to give her chicken wings again.
I am keeping her on 'Trophy' salmon and rice though for the time being. She doesn't scratch much at all since I started her on it, and the vet said to give her that and nothing else until we got the results back. It obviously is suiting her and her digestion as we have no probs there either.
So at least we now have got to the bottom of her itching problem at last.
