I have had my dog since a pup and he is now 8 years old, about 3 years ago he started leaving mess in the kitchen when i come home from work, before 3 years ago, he had constant company with my mother who passed away. No every time he is left there is a mess in the kitchen, i have tried everything but still no luck. Please help

My dog done this when I went back to work he was only left for 1/2 an hour til hubby came back from the school and there was a mess even though he had been out before we left.  We ended up putting him in his cage until we came back (never for long though) eventually we left it open but kept him in the kitchen until it stopped he's now great and actually loves it when we go out as he gets on the sofa and sleeps for hours. Hope you get help though.

Are you sure there is nothing ill wrong with your dog being 8 years old and all? Just something to check into just incase...

Tiva had accidents in my kitchen every morning and she was very healthy so I kenneled her with Junior, surprise her kennel is dry. It is big enough for her to mess at one end and be comfortably dry at the other but thankfully she does not mess it lol

My dog is healthy, he's not of ill health, it is purely because he is left alone.  I don't have a kennel so I can't put him in one, I use to have a cage when he was a pup, but don't anymore, he's actually in the kitchen when I'm at work and can't have access to the rest of the house because it's alarmed when I'm out, when I'm in the house he has access to every room.  Do you have anymore suggestions they would be greatly appreciated?
