The best thing you can do is contact both the Kennel Club and the Breed Club and ask for a list of puppies available.  The breed club in particular will be able to direct you towards puppies which have been bred by responsible breeders with both health and temperament being their priority.  This is a beautiful breed but as with many popular breeds there are some unscrupulous breeders around and by going through the correct channels you should be able to avoid these.  Good luck, Teri :)
