Does anyone know or have a contact name of where to get an Estrela Mountain Dog in the North East of England!  Have tried all over for Estrela Mountain Dogs but they seem to be all down south!

Hev you tried the breed club? ESTRELA MOUNTAIN DOG ASSOC. Sec. Mrs J Wedge. Tel No: 01376 322020  Although with rarer breeds you may well have to travel. I live in South Yorkshire myself (completely different breed) and most of my dogs are from way down south, and my current pups are going as far away as Devon, Cornwall and Northern Ireland. If you consider how long you'll have the dog it's usually well worth the extra travel to get what you want. :) Even when I had no husband with a car (don't drive myself) I found it was usually possible to find some friend with a car that would drive me for petrol costs and possible small payment.
