Hi Guest, I read your original message, and tried to reply, but there was some kind of error going on.

So anyway, it is very common for puppies of any and every breed to have a little heart murmur at 8 weeks when they are first presented to a vet. In most cases the murmur disappears as the puppy grows. I wouldn't worry yet.

As for refunding some of the money. Well I think it's still early days, but if it were me, I would probably say that I'd have the puppy back immediately and refund the whole amount, but if the people don't want to send it back then I'd wait till it was 4-6 months old and been re-examined before refunding anything.
