My pups go straight onto Burns mini-bites at 2 weeks only, soaked in hot water, then made into a porridge with welpi, slowly progressing by not mashing just soaking (we're at this stage now 4 weeks) by the time they leave here at 8 weeks they are usually eating it dry! Have always had lovely chunky pups with this.
With past litters we've tried the scrambled egg, weetabix etc. but it always gave mine upset tummies. but if your pups are ok with it that's fine.

I would use a good puppy kibble as a base (Burns and JWB mixed just in case the new owners find it hard getting one or the other ) mixed with water and whelpi to a porridge. But as they get used to this I would add in other items, scrambled egg, minced beef/lamb/chicken/fish cooked, Bio yoghurt, grated cheese, cooked pureed veg, etc. Not all at the same time or on the same day but regularly. This way the pups won't grow up afraid of new food items and its always useful to know what really gets them interested, for training or when they are ill and won't eat ;) done in small amounts it shouldn't upset their tummies, but Bio yoghurt will keep things settled.
