Hi.

My 3 year old Labrador is being tested for lukemia as he has a low white blood cell count.  I am trying to research this subject matter and would like to hear from anyone who has knowledge of this.

I don't know much about Leukemia in dogs. But what I can tell you is that my friends Springer recently had a low WBCC & the vets said he has either got Leukemia or a really serious infection which is body is working hard to fight off. He was well in himself the whole time (they only knew he was unwell as all his glands were swollen) Anyway - he was clear for Leukemia - thank goodness & whatever was wrong with him must have gone away - myserty but he is fine now.
