My sister has just bought a Yorkshire Terrier, it is twelve weeks old. I can tell her alot about training, feeding ect but I was just wondering if there was anything extra that a Yorkshire Terrier owner or breeder could tell me as I have no exsperience with this breed just Cavaliers.

your mother has only the one there should not be to much of a problem with behaviour i feed my 4 yorkies the dry food i feed them with the burns minnibite you can only buy on line ,but there is also eukanuba there are many brand that would be suited to yorkie.you say you know hoew to feed and train.
they can bark if they hear something ,very alert they like lots of love and like to give back .there not always good with other dogs some of them .  i have had yorkies for 12 years i have 4 and sadly one at rainbow bridge .
i am only joking here but your yorkie will soon have your sister trained

would the burns minibites be the one in the dark green bag? if so i feed that an you can get it at various pet foods places, atleast 4 places where i live. one place sells it cheaper than from burns direct. its worth checking around :-)

the minnibite is in a brown bag they say it is specially for toy breeds also can be used for puppies  my yorkies seem to like it i have not found it in any of the pet shops where i live, there is one shop i can use for emergency in hassocks if i run out it is a bit of a way though.
