i bought a bulldog approx 10  yrs ago from b auckland (domino), later i was contacted by the breeder and asked if i could care for the mother (becky)which i did willingly,it was apparent how much we loved  bulldogs it became a member of the family we looked after and cared for becky paid for eye opperations and completely loved her.then we were contacted by another breeder who had bought one of her puppies sally she lived somewere in seaham (ive tried to look for this breeder but with no avail)askin us if we could take one of her puppies for a while we did same again paid for eye operations took the pup into our home loved and cared for the pup.we went to all the dog shows with our pup domino it was really good.then we were asked to return the other pup (sally)which we did .some months after domino died vets couldnt say why she was in there care at the time this devestaded us obviously.we still had becky we were informed by the owner that this would now be perminant we did try to breed her once as her bloodline was very impressive(hobtop,ocobo,chappark)im sure this was with buster the bold in hetton(ive also tried to contact this breeder with no sucsess ive looked on the net for names or adresses i reconise)she didnt seem to take to it and had three water pups so we said we would never do that to her again.we spoilt her after this and she lived to a ripe old age of 11 but sadly died earlier this year (rip becky)our house is now sadly missing something so this is why ive tried getting in touch with people but getting back into it is so difficult now as since i now have four children ive even looked for mongrel or crossbreed ones but iits just so expensive if anyone can help i only want a pet not a show dog i would care for another dog the way i have becky my children love them also so it will be spoilt if anyone can help with any thing ive mentioned please contact me as all my efforts have failed yours hopefully s matthews.                   s.matthews47@ntlworld.com        thanks contact me for anything
