Hi, I am looking to buy a property with some land possibly an acre, In camebridge, I am aware that some of you live in this part of the country, However I have limited funds of only £200,000, Would you kind people be able to point me in the right direction for agents.

Look on www.rightmove.co.uk - or www.ruralscene.co.uk

Both are good property websites.

I'm afraid that you stand very little chance of buying anything with that amount of land for under £250,000. North Cambridgeshire is the cheapest but even so £200,00 won't get you any land with your property- unless it's a semi with some land. Lincolnshire is still cheaper (but only just ) and you may have better luck searching up there.
