Not sure I understand the question.
Chicken would probably make up at least 40% of my dog's diet I should think, cos I feed raw carcases, wings, thighs, drumsticks etc. I would imagine there are no problems unless a) your dog is allergic to chicken or b) it did not get meat from any other source...........

It is best to use a wide variety of meats :) Having said that,i feed more chicken than anything else, but i also feed pork, lamb, beef, duck, rabbit etc. Chicken is one of the best sources of essential fatty acids, chicken has higher cholesterol levels than beef, but the protein is lower than in beef and pork :)
What i'm trying to say is that chicken may be deficient in something that beef has more of,however beef is usually deficient in fat,so lamb which is usually fat can be added to the diet to make for the beef, see what i mean? ;)
I dont think it's ever a good idea to stick to one particular food item, this way of feeding is bound to cause deficiencies in the long run!
By all means use chicken as your "base" meat, but make sure and use other meats on a very regular basis.
