Did anyone see the programme about Hayley last night ?  She's an amazing 6 year old little girl who has progeria - a very rare genetic condition which means she ages 8 times faster than normal.  The average lifespan of those with the condition is 13 years.
But this little girl was truly inspirational - she has an exceptional personality which touches every one she meets.
The whole programme was very humbling to watch.

Yes I'd rather have ten Hayleys than one of those little brats from Supernanny. 
Proves that having a physically normal child is not the be-all and end-all.

Hayley was a little treasure.
She made me really giggle when she said she wished she could catch nits :D
I hope the rest of her years are happy, bless her xx

I was so annoyed because I missed it.  My dad doesn't really like things like this as it upsets him, but he said that it was really well made and that she was brilliant.
