Did anyone go ? or is anyone going over the weekend ?? how did you do ?

We went today, Alfie got a 5th in minor puppy which I was chuffed to bits with because he was a little sod

Fagan went as NFC and had a lovely day curled up asleep on his bench, then scrounging tid bits from around the ring side - everyone feels sorry for him cos he is so thin

Archer have you heard about many of the breed being desimated by Kennel Cough.  Most were in one end of the hall at the club show two weeks ago, and now there have been a couple of others from owners that would have been socialising with those folks.

Thank god my lot were in the far corner outside the main show area.  Shame though as it will be a lot of absentees from Mev Simms rtather good entry tommorrow.

There were fewer absent than might have been considering the Kennel Cough, but I suppose a lot of the affected dogs will be keennel mates of entered dogs.

anyway I had Champion stakes before the breed and won the Hound Champions with my Jozi, and only just made the final, coming out of the bitch challenge with the RCC, and going straight to the BIS collecting ring.  Well as is ever the case with these things there were a few minutes to spare.

I was chattiong with a dark haired Lady who had won the Utility Champions with her Shar Pei!  Of course it turned out to be our own Dizzy (Linda Smith) with her Casey.  she didn't appear to recognise me, and I wasn't certain it was hert so only realised when I checkefd the results.

Also won the breed class with Jozi's daughtere Lexi, and a third with our Imported boy in Open, so not a bad day.

Well done to you and Alfie, I was there on Thursday, Luke won Limit and got the RCC. I was more than chuffed.

Got two fourths and they were fair sized classes too so I was really pleased with the placings :d  The judge was wonderful, she made the day so nice.  It was great to have someone who seemed to love the dogs and the day out for the reason that we all should be there for a great fun day out!

Mildred was extremely naughty so I was delighted when she got 2nd!  I heard some rumolurs that some dogs had b een tammpered with/sabotaged by tail featherin g being cut - did anyone else hear anything?  We were so pleased that Doggie got Bob again, and gr 2, looks like he is certainly following in his Mum's footsteps!
bye

Hi All
We entred our poms and got 4th post grad with tiddler and Meme our 6 month old won 1st place in the minor puppy toy stakes so we were over the moon with that. We also took our TT Gemma and she won VHC in Minor puppy bitch our of 11 so we thought that was a good result as it was her first time out too.

I thought that your TT was one of the most gorgeous I've ever seen.  What a beautiful black and white one, that was you with the Pom's across the way from me, I think :d  I was the one with the totally and utterly mental Pomeranian in the stakes class :d  :d  I think that I'll stick with my Spanish Water Dogs, so much easier.

Thank you, we have had a lot of complements with our TT Gemma and have high hopes for her. Were you the lady with the cream pup? It does take a bit of work to clam a pom pup you will have seen my Meme barking at the judge Carl Sparrow and then she was perfect in the stakes class. You can see more pics of my lot on our web site.
