As part of a project (college related) I would like to find out what people want out of dog boarding kennels. The sort of things I'm after are: what services they expect kennels to have (kennels with outside runs/ dogs taken on daily walks, individual play sessions for dog, grooming facilities, training facilities, good security, etc).
It would also be interesting to know how many people go out and look at kennels before making a booking and if they go and look what turns them on - or off!

If you can help with this I would appreciate it.
Feedback also welcome from kennel owners -  are there certain animals you would not board, or have for a return visit, etc.

I'm looking forward to some interesting reading.
