Out of my litter of 8 I have one who is quite a bit smaller than the rest :-(

The largest pup is 1lb 8oz & the smallest is 15.80oz.

They were all born around the same size (7oz approx) & are 11 days old today.

The tiny one is feeding ok & has a nice fat tum like the other pups. I try to make sure he gets on the back teats as much as possable & he is putting on weight, just not as fast as the others.

Any advice would be great please

It sounds like he is managing OK :)  I have had one like this before and assisted it in the competition for food as you are.  Once they got on solids he really started to catch up and by the time he was adult he was pretty much the same size as the other males.

As long as he is putting on weight at a good rate he will be fine. He cannot put it on as fast as the others as they have a head start - an ounce to him is much more in ratio than it is to the others. He may have a growth spurt when he is wheaned, or he may end up a tad smaller, but probably will catch up and be just a smaller frame.

Thankyou for your answers.

I will keep an eye on his weight to make sure he is putting it on.
