If you haven't already, the best thing to do is contact the Secretary of the Welsh Springer Spaniel Club who will be able to put you in touch with reputable Welsh Springer breeders who currently have litters. But as not that many puppies are born each year you may have to be prepared to go on a waiting list as we did (well worth it though!). Good luck!
